I'm growing up

Aelita is growing way to fast. I can't belive that in just 5 months she'll be two years old. She's now saying more and more. her new favorite phrase is all gone. She still loves to eat everything she sees. She also enjoys playing with her baby dolls and taking care of them. she likes trying to feed them in her doll highchair and puting them to bed in her little doll playpen. Aelita has also started making so pretty funny faces lately especially when you try to take a picture of her and she relizes that your doing it. Aelita has also become quite our little housekeeper no if only it sticks with her when she gets a little bit older.

18 month check-up

Today was aelita's 18 month check-up. She now weighs 23lbs8oz and is 32 inches tall. with an 18 3/4 inch head. She also got her second hep a shot.

Christmas

Aelita got very spoiled this christmas. She got a new baby dolls and a leap frog music table from her great-grandpa, a vsmile baby and cartridges from grandma cora, A toy cleaning set, toy vacuum, toy cooking stuff, cars, and a bunch of other stuff from grandma judy. I got her a plastic tea set and a doll stroller, high chair, and playpen for her baby dolls.
as you can see she insisted on sitting in her doll stroller rather then push her baby dolls around.

Potty training

Potty training Aelita is proving to be far more difficult then i thought it would be. She will sit on her little potty for about 20 mins and not do anything and as soon as she gets off the potty she decides to go all over the floor. She likes wearing her big girl underwear though. I'm just really hoping that she gets potty trained before Kiana is born, but i don't see Aelita getting potty trained in 2 weeks or less.

Nursery

Today Aelita finally started going to nursery at church. She did really well today. i was just glad to actually be able to stay in sunday school and relief society for once with out having to deal with her running all over the place.

Aelita's first snow

Today was the first time Aelita got to see and play in snow. She really didn't play in it but she liked walking around in all the snow.

Our Big Girl

Aelita has started to show intrest in the potty again. She is also trying to get her self dressed and undressed especially when she has a dirty pull-up on. She loves to color and watch mickey mouse clubhouse. Her favorite thing to do right now though is to ride on her trike. She's getting to be such a big girl. But she'll always be our little princess
