Aelita is doing well. She has an ultrasound coming up next month to see what's going on to make her have so many accidents. She is also doing much better in school other than not being able to sit still and she doesn't seem to be doing too good in music class either. Overall she is doing well she's still quite the whiner and it drives all of us crazy but we love her anyway. She loves Purple and wants everything to be purple. Her favorite food is peperoni pizza and candy. She still misses utah but is getting adjusted more and more every day. She loves going to grandmas to spend time with her uncles zach and eddie.

November update and report card

Sorry it's been over a month since I've last updated. Aelita is doing very well. She is startIng to have less accidents finally and since I've startedthe chore charts again she's been listening much better. She still whines like crazy but we're working on it. The beginning of the month she got her first report card of the year. She's doing pretty well other than reading. Especially with words like on and no where she often flips the letters. She loves math though and for the most part does extreamly well considering how much I despise math and struggle with it. Aelita is really excited for Christmas and the break from school.

quick little update on Aelita.
Aelita is doing well. She Loves school and primary now. She is however having some issues with her asthma but nothing major. on the 11th of November i have Aelita's first Kindergarten parent conference and i will let you know how that goes later. Aelita is still whinny and very sensitive about any and everything. she is looking forward to Halloween and going trick or treating and being able to wear her snow white costume.

Aelita is doing quite well in kindergarten and is looking forward to her 1st field trip next month. She is having some difficulty with identifying some of her letters but is doing better all the time. However over all she doesn't like going to school and now hates doing homework. What happens to my little girl who used to love school and wanted to do homework? I have no clue where that child disappeared to but she really needs to come back. Primary is pretty much the same she used to love going most of the time but now she fights going to sharing time but doesn't mind going to her class. When I ask her why she doesnt want to go to primary she simply replies that she misses sister and brother edde as well as Erin and chance.

Kindergarten

Aelita has was able to attend 3 days of kindergarten before hurricane Irene passed through and closed down schools for almost a week. She says kindergarten is fun but at the same time boring because she can already write her letters and the are just tracing letters right now. So far we've had nothing but stars on her little chart which is always a good thing I think. She rides the bus with some of the neighbors kids and has a good time playing with all the boys(7 total ranging from 3 to 13). She is also taking piano lessons(I'm tacking her the basics before I pass off to my foster mom who is a piano teacher). She breezes through just about everything like it's so easy or something. Aelita loves being with grandma and grandpa as well as her uncles Zachary Louis and Russell Edward. She hasn't seen Noah Christopher or Rachael Michelle yet but I'm hoping she will soon.

The past month or two has been very hetic especially for Aelita. First our friends Kayla and Kent moved up to the salt lake area to get ready for their upcoming adoption, then our friend Teresa moved to prepare for their daughters arrival. After the moved away our cousins came up to help us pack and to watch the girls while i was in class. Then on the 11th of this month we flew back to maryland. We also got her registered for kindergarten and will find out who her teacher is this weekend. Aelita is very excited to begin school in 4 more days.

Aelita will be starting kindergarten in just a few weeks at calvert elementary and she is super excited. She has all of her school supplies already as well as a couple uniforms for Monday and Wednesday and Friday. She is also really excited to fly on an airplane in just a few days. However she is going to miss all of her friends that are out here in Utah especially Erin and Chance and her primary teachers.

Aelita's 5th birthday!

Last Sunday Aelita celebrated her 5th birthday. She had a lot of fun with everyone that was able to come. The party actually started when we got home Friday evening and found that cousins zack and tiana and their mom had arrived from st. George and the girls were so excited to see them again. She was also excited that Erin and Chance and shawna and Marshall were also able to come. Aelita really loved all of the presents that she received and plays with them all. The gifts that she got were a nintendo DSi, game and case, a snow white doll, a tangled doll and coloring book, plastic food for her little kitchen, book with a magnadoodle, cookies, book of Mormon stories, a BYU backpack with some school supplies, and lots of hugs. I also made her cake again this year and every year I keep saying I'm not doing it again so we will see what happens next year:).

In about two weeks Aelita will be turning 5 years old. She is so excited to have her birthday party with Lexie,Emily,Erin and Chance and the many others that will hopefully come as well. She decided that she wants to have pizza for dinner wih every one that comes as well as cake and ice-cream for dessert. She also wants a Tangled theme so we will see how well that goes. She is so excited and can't wait for her party.

Ok so Aelita's babysitters daughter is in dance and so now Aelita wants to do ballet when we get to maryland. However I'm trying to figure out just how were going to manage paying for that one.

Moving......again

In august we will be moving yet again. This time...clear back to Maryland. We will stay in Utah until august. Then we will head to Maryland. The plan for now is for grandma cora and grandpa mark to drive a u-haul truck back from here to Maryland while Oma Judy flus back with mommy and the girls. Once we get there Aelita will get registered for kindergarten at Calvert elementary school. Hopefully we get there before school starts out there.

A few weeks ago i bought some things to help Aelita get prepared for Kindergarten, like some little books to read and some workbooks to help her with math and writing and reading comprehension. well she has done really well with them and is now almost finished with all of them. Here are some of the things that she knows now.

Aelita seems to think that she's such a teenager lately. She always gets an attitude when ever I tell her no and will just sit on the couch giving me the evil eye and pouting. Since spring has supposedly started her asthma is back in full force. She still loves school and is going to flip when she discovers that kiana has deleted her theavh me kindergarten game Crome the iPod. Aelita is looking forward to starting kindergarten this fall(however I'm not that excited yet maybe as the time gets closer I'll get more excited about it. I'm still adjusting to her Turning 5 this summer. Well that's about it

Aelita is growing so fast. She will be 5 in just 3 short months and is already so smart. She is learning how to add simple numbers like 1+1 and also subtract simple things like 1-1 on a game that i have on the ipod called teach me kindergarten pretty soon I'm going to have to download the 1st grade version just so that it can keep up with her willingness and longing to learn as much as she can. i really hope that she keeps up the love of learning when she starts school this fall. She still loves to watch t.v and play the Wii. She actually prefers educational games and her dance game over any of the other games that we have.

Aelita is growing so fast. I can't believe that she' going to be 5 in june and start school this fall. She loves to sing and dance and really enjoys playing just dance for kids and disney's sing it high school musical and pop hits both games are really fun to watch her play. She loves school although she has a hard time for some reason now when i leave to go to school or work or where ever i have to be. She also loves playing with her doll house, but still has a hard time with kiana demanding so much attention and also doesn't like playing with her because Ki gets rough and mean.

I've noticed that I've been updating on Ki and not so much on Aelita lately. Aelita is doing very well. She loves school except for nap time. She also really likes her teachers and the other children in her class. She says that she really likes being able to paint and draw at school. Aelita loves books and especially likes her poingo that grandma sent her that reads the story and has other activities that she can do with the books that comes with it. Aelita also likes playing the Wii even though we only have a few games for it. Aelita is such a joy to have around and is so much fun. She has grown so much is the last few months and i can't believe how smart she is. Her new favorite phrases that she's been using lately is "you crack me up" and "that freaks me out" and "this is ridiculous"

Today Was Aelita's first day of Preschool. She had a lot of fun playing with the other kids and out on the playground. the only thing she didnt' seem too thrilled about was nap time which for her is normal. when you ask her if she wants to go some where she now replies"mom, i cant i'm busy" or when i ask her to clean up her toys she replies" mom i cant clean up my toys i'm still playing with them" it's kind of fustrating but cute too so i can't get too mad at her. she has also started riding her bike again but now she rides super super slow because she's afraid of falling off again.

While out in colorado we took lots of pictures, played in the trees and in the creek. we also took pictures by what's left of the railroad track that our great great grandfather built. here are some pics it may take a few post to get them all.

Yes i know that this post is way out of order but who cares at least i finally remembered to put it on here. June 26th we had aelita's 4th B-day party. it was so much fun and had the best turn out so far. She got a lot of stuff this year too. My mom sent her a little jewelry box, a book, and a few other things. The relief society president came and brought her a bunch of things as well but at the moment i honestly can't remember who gave her what anymore. However she also got a byu bike and a blue helmet with monkeys riding bikes all over it.

Last mondayAelita,Kiana, and mommy went out to Colorado with Oma (grandma) and Opa(grandpa) Dawes mommies foster parents to the family cabin. Aelita had a ton of fun playing with all the cousins especially Zach. The two of them were always together and almost always inseperable. She also had lots of fun putting puzzles together and a lot of other things. On the way home we stayed in a motel and went swimming of course aelita really didn't like the water but she still got in and tried to have fun still. i will post more pics later.

HeadStart Health Screening

Today Aelita had a health screening for the headstart program.we left here at 11:30 and after getting lost on the way there finally made it at 12:20 still an hour earlier then the appointment time but luckily they don't care they just herd you like the military does the first few days of basic training. Anyway, the checked her eyes and ears and teeth. they also checked her iron and did a lead test on her. next week she has her physical with dr. glade so that he can fill out paper work that the headstart still needs. I cant' believe that she's already in pre-school and that she'll be 4 on saterday. where did the last 4 years go?

aelita is sick yet again. This morning at 3 am she threw up all over my bed and my laptop. She seems to be feeling better now, but i've only been giving her toast and water. hopefully it was just a 24 hour thing i can't handle this throwup stuff.

Aelita caught whatever it was that kiana had only not nearly as bad as far as the sleeping all day and throwing up blood anyway. she's only really had a fever and slightly swollen tonsils. she has however been extreamly more cranky lately not that i can blame her i would be too if i felt the way she probably feels right now.

Lately Aelita has been refusing to sleep in her room and it's getting really fustrating. She was doing so well when we first got their new beds but now she keeps saying that she's scared. how can i get her to sleep in her own bed again? right now i have kiana's old crib mattress on my floor for them to sleep on when they get scared but with Aelita it's every night and she won't even stay on the mattress and often ends up in my bed by morning.

Today I went to enroll Aelita in Head start. It was a ton of paper work to fill out and i still need to take some things down to them. I really hope that she gets in so i don't have to pay so much for child care. I also really think that i will be very helpful in getting her ready for kindergarten next year. I also think that i would be good for her to be socialized with more kids other than her church class and the kids at the baby sitters house.

Next month aelita will be turning 4. I let her pick her theme again this year and at first she chose the land before time and then she settled on the little mermaid. So off i go on trying to figure out how to decorate her cake and trying to get all her invitations out and buy the decorations. She's really excited for her birthday to be here. It's been forever since i've updated Aelita's blog. Aelita is doing very well. She still loves watching The land before time. We've also got satalite now and she loves to watch mickey mouse club house, the backyardagains, ni hao, kai lan, and dora as well as a few others that are on playhouse disney and nick jr. She still is having a rough time in sunbeams and i'm sure my being her teacher is part of the problem. Overall she is great to have a round and is a good big sister to Kiana and wants to be with Kiana all the time.

Aelita had a pretty good easter. In the morning after breakfast she got her easter basket from mommy that had a stuffed doggy with bunny ears and a flower in its mouth that she loved as well as some reeses peanut butter eggs and m&m's. in between conference sessions Sister and brother Johnson gave her and Kiana a huge picture of Jesus with children. After conference we went down to Jenny and Nates in paysen for dinner and dessert. Aelita had a Ton of fun playing with Remington and all of his toys.

Ryan and Asha's Wedding

Aelita really had a great time at ryan and asha's wedding reception this past saterday. The fun actually started about a week before when ryan's brother Hyrum came down with his daughter kate. then the following week many more people showed up and Aelita loved having the company. She looked way cute in her dress and loved playing and dancing with the other kids that were also at the reception.

Aelita has recently started really being disrespectful and disobedient lately. she also really likes to talk on the phone so much that i've taken all my friends off the speed dial. Sorry to all of those that she so frequently called. However on a good note. she is still for the most part a sweet kid. she still loves to give hugs and kisses to just about anyone that she knows. Aelita has also started on this thing where if i don't give her what she wants she says "Fine mommy i'm going call Kelli" ok first off have know idea where she got that from or why she always says she want's to call kelli and not grandma but whatever i've learned to keep my phone far far awya from Aelita. however if aelita does call it's probably because i told her she couldn't have or do something.

Ear infection...yet again

I took aelita to the urgent care clinic last night and she has yet another ear infection. The doc put her on augmentin for the ear infection. Today i picked up the perscription at the store but the store couldn't submit it to the insurance because it was down so i had to pay out of pocket $116 dollars for her perscription. It's ok though i'd rather pay for it then have her ear infection get worse. I am however going to make her an appointment with dr. glade monday and see about getting tubes in her ears to help her not get so many ear infections.

Aelita is sick again. She's so stuffy and has a low grade fever. She's started waking up in the middle of the night and coming to sleep with mommy lately. this cold has also made her asthma manifest itself again as well. She is so miserable right now and i hate seeing her not feeling well, even though she loves to be held and carried when she's sick.

Bunk Beds

Yesterday i bought the girls bunk beds! Since i only had one mattress Aelita slept on the bottom bunk while Kiana slept in her toddler bed for one more night. Today i let Aelita pick out sheets for their new beds(I have to have matching sheets on bunk beds it bugs me for some reason when they don't match) anyway, She picked pink sheets of course and wanted to get the blanket that goes with them but i didn't want to pay $30 for something that she'll want to replace when she gets older so she too is still sleeping with her blanket that i made her that is blue for christmas.

Last night after i put on over the hedge for Aelita i went upstairs to put a load of laundry on and put her carseat back together and aelita decided that it would be fun to jump on the couch after being told not to over 100 times. Well last night seemed to not be a good night for jumping on the couch as she hit her face on the back of the couch and busted her lip and bled like crazy. She came up the stairs and the stairwell looked like a crime scene she had blood on every stair, the basement door and the walls and not to mention the couch and her pj's were completely coverd in blood as was her face and hands. It was a crazy night to say the least. However 1 bottle of peroxide and a few clorox wipes and there is no sign of blood anywhere other than her pjs that mommy hasn't washed quite yet. I don't know if you can see it or not but here is a pic of tonights little injury that caused such a huge mess.

Soccer

Today i registered Aelita for soccer with the North Utah county Soccer league. She seemed really excited when i asked her if she wanted to play soccer before i registered her so i went ahead and did it. It will be $50-$60 for registration if she gets a spot but it's a small price to pay to have her out playing with other kids and being able to actually play outside again. hopefully she'll have fun.

The Land Before Time

Aelita has really gotten into the Land before time series. She watches the first one about 3x a day if i let her but normally i'll only let her watch it until i'm finished with my homework. She's also seen the 2nd and 3rd one which i have downloaded on my laptop as well as the 7th and 9th i haven't been able to find the other ones and i think there's like 12 of them now. She also has memorized alot of the dialog and is taking like duckie and is always saying yep,yep,yep and nope nope nope. it's kinda funny but the movie is about to retire to a hiding spot.

This Christmas I made Aelita a Princess Blanket and she loved it. When ever it's her quite time and i have her lay on the couch she'll say to me "mommy i need my princess blanket you made for me" or "mommy I can't have quite time with out my blanket you made me" She so cute and i'm so glad that she really loves her blanket and wants it with her every where she goes. here are some pics of the wonderful blanket.

Learning book

Since Aelita turned three we started working on a Learning notebook. however after a year of working with her and printing new pages every so often it is now slightly too full and her book will hold no more. however since she really enjoys doing the worksheets that are in her book i keep printing and keep adding. so far some of the subjects we have are writing, science, math, spanish, social studies and a section full of opposites, same/different and some others that i don't know how to classify. her crayons are also being held in her notebook.

New Sweatshirt

Today i was finally able to get Aelita a UVU Sweatshirt. The main reason why she even got this shirt is because she refuses to wear a coat or jacket and is always wearing her UVU t-shirt that she would try to wear everyday so i figured maybe if i got her a sweatshirt at least she'll be at little bit warmer then wearing just a longsleeve shirt or t-shirt. While we were at costco getting diapers and pull-ups and wipes she spilled one of the samples on it and told me at dinner i had to wash her sweatshirt so she could wear it again tomorrow.

Kelli's Visit

Today we had a visit from Kelli, Tom and Morgan. Aelita loved that they were here. They brought Aelita a headband with some flowers to attach to it and some candy. her favorite thing though was the monkey ornament to hang on the tree next year....after i glue the tail back on that kiana pulled off and the ear that aelita managed to take off he's still a cute monkey though. This Sunday Aelita will be moving up from nursery to being a sunbeam in primary. It's so exciting and she is definitly excited about it. She is really looking forward to going to primary this year and runs around the house wanting to sing Jesus wants me for a sunbeam and popcorn popping on the apricot tree. She's grown up so much. I guess the next major mile stone for her will be starting kindergarten in 2011.

Aelita had a great christmas. She really loved seeing ryan and caitlyn and asha again. She really enjoyed opening her presents too. She got a new baby doll and stroller, a puzzle, a book, a movie and a blanket that mommy made for her.She also got a snow sled from sis. and bro. Johnson and a hat and gloves from ryan. She really had a fun time. She also got the book the night before christmas from oma Judy and opa Randy. Santa brought her a box of legos. Christmas eve she got new jammies.

Aelita is really excited to christmas to come.although today when our home teachers from church came she said that santa died(don't know where she's come up with that.) She has noticed the presents under the tree too but thinks that they are for someone else. She is also excited to see caitlyn and ryan again even if it is only for a few days. Aelita is also looking forward to a visit from Kelli probably because i'm excited about that visit but still. she keeps asking when they're coming.

BYU's Earth Science Museum

Yesterday after school I picked up Aelita and Kiana from daycare and we went to BYU's Earth Science Museum. Aelita loved it and ran around looking at all the different dinosaur fossils and the different minerals and rocks. everynow and then you'd hear her say"mommy look it's a dinosaur and it's so cool." She loves science very much lately, hopefully she'll keep that love of science and school that she has right now.

Snow

We had snow a few days ago and Aelita loved going out to play in it. We didn't really have much but it was enough to throw snowballs at each other. We had alot of fun.

she also had fun just walking in it and seeing her foot prints in the snow. can't wait to get more snow for her to play in this winter.

Asthma Update

Aelita is handling her asthma very well. she's alway reminding me that she needs her meds. She now only takes the flovent 44 twice a day to keep it under control and takes the albuteral and flovent on her bad days. the doctor says that in a month or two we can try to take her off the flovent completely and see how she does with out it.

Aelita had a blast trick or treating. As we would leave on house to go to another one she would always say "hurry up guys i need to get more candy" She looked so cute as sleeping beauty too. the other thing she would say is "lets go get more candy" or "we can't go home i need more candy" All she could think about was candy oh well i guess that's what halloween is all about right. She loved being able to go around knocking on everyones door and saying trick or treat. When we got to our visting teachers house i held her little on that is only a few months old and when i asked Aelita if i should give the baby back or keep her she said that we should keep her it was kinda funny, however we did leave the baby behind as we went to get more candy.

Aelita is doing so good now. She's not coughing near as much as she was before she started taking her asthma medications. She's also very good about reminding me to give them to her(i haven't forgotten to give them to her she just likes to remind me) She also uses the "I'm Sick, Mommy" excuse to get out of cleaning up her toys or dirty clothes.

Doc Appointment

Well Aelita has had a cough for a while now that no matter what we did we just couldn't clear it up. So yesterday i took her to see Dr. Glade ,who is also our stake president, anyway, I told her about how she only coughs after she's been playing or at night when she's trying to sleep. He listened to her lungs and stuff and said that she has a slight rattle in her chest and that she has a touch of asthma. The also did an eye exam and told me that her vision was 20/25 which i already knew but at least now i know that her eyes aren't getting any worse yet. After he told me that Aelita had Asthma he gave me two options. I could either give her singular(which could cause depression in children) or a breathing treatment. With the family history of depression i went with the breathing treatment of course. She is now on albuteral and flovent 44. She is doing very well with the medication and not coughing nearly as much as she was. She is still a very active child and i don't think anything will ever slow her down. Even in the confines of the docs office she was running around and getting into everything she could(not such a good thing in a docs office that has sutures and all kinds of not so safe things in it.) Aelita is also now excatly 30 lbs. They didn't measure her though so i have no idea how tall she is except the fact that shes about a foot taller then kiana.

CD player from gama

Yesterday Aelita got a CD Player from her gama and she loves it. However, she always has the headphones glued to her ears and now it's 20x harder to get her to do anything. She also got a sleeping beauty costume for halloween and all the acessories as well as some clothes. She is so spoiled and isn't going to know when the Holidays are. Thanks gama for all the fun stuff.

This girl loves to help in the kitchen and is always wanting to make pizza and cookies and anything else that she can think of. She's such a good girl, yet she's got the temper of a i don't know, i just know that she's got a really bad temper on her. Aelita has also become quite the tattle-tail lately. She's always telling me that her sister hit her or threw something at her.

Growing up way too fast

Aelita is growing up way too fast. I can't believe she's already 3 1/2. She also comes up with some of the funniest things. She loves to sing especially "Jesus wants me for a sunbeam" and "I love to see the Temple"

Kiana just hit me
Any time you ask Aelita if she's cute or beautiful her response is always I'm beautiful. She's such a smart little girl. She can reconize hearts, stars, trianles, and circles. she gets confused by the squares and rectangles and ovals. She can count to 5 and has been practicing writting her letters a-h and her numbers 1-5 in her little preschool workbook. I Love Her so much and don't know what i would do with out her in my life. I hope she stays the same sweet child as she grows up and doesnt let the world change her sweet spirit.

Fever is Finally Gone

Aelita's Fever is finally gone!!! Today was the first day that it was 98 every other day it's been anywhere from 99.6 to 104.1 I'm really glad that it's gone hopefully for more then just today. She's still complaining a little bit about her throat hurting but still has yet to say anything about her ear. She is also constantly reminding me that she's sick. Today's conversation: Me "Aelita pick up your toys" Aelita "I can't mommy i'm too sick remember" She's just too cute and smart for her own good sometimes.

Aelita is doing a little better. she hasn't complained about her ear hurting, but is always saying that her throat hurts and sure enough its' pretty red right now. I'm hoping the amoxicillen wipes out that too along with the ear infection.

Ear Infection

Well Aelita has an Ear Infection. She started running a low grade fever this morning so i gave her some motrin and took them to daycare hoping it was just a passing thing like it was with Kiana. When i picked her up from daycare she was a little warm, and didn't really want to do anything. When i got home and checked her temp it was 104.1 so i gave her some tylenol and let her lay on the couch and watch sponge bob. at around 5pm i checked her temp and it was 103.5 so i gave her some more motrin and called the P.A in our ward and he told us to bring her over so we did. I'm so glad that he hasn't started to charge us yet. poor guy we've only been in the ward for a month and he's already had to treat both my girls. I'm so gratefull he's around though that's for sure.

Aelita has become like a shadow to Ryan, who is the youngest son of my former bishop and his wife, and Asha, who is Ryan's girlfriend. When ever they come over Aelita follows ryan everywhere he goes it's so cute and i enjoy the break when they're here. Today Aelita "helped" him pack up some more of his things out of his room and loved looking at all his football cards that he had.

seven peaks water park

Today I took Aelita to Seven peaks in provo. She loved it and had a blast. She loved swiming in the little kids area although she went down one slide and went under the water but she was ok. Even after that she continued to want to go down the slides and play in the water. we also went in the lazy river a few times too and she just loved it. I'm definitly going to try to take her and kiana next year. I'll post pics later.

Aelita is growing up so fast. This week she started daycare in Provo and loves it. She's so happy when i pick her up and tells me all the fun this she did while i was at school. She can now sing her ABC's and count to at least 10. On to the 3 going on 16 comment Aelita seems to think that she runs the world lately and that she has to eat every 5 mins. Love her more then anything but sometimes she is just a pain.

Stubborn

Aelita is as stubborn as ever. She hates going to bed and will scream and cry until she finally falls asleep. She's always hungry. She also loves going to the pool and playing in the water. Aelita also loves playing on the little playground that is right outside our apt door.

Aelita is being a little monster lately she's always screaming won't listen to me or my roommate or anyone else for that matter i'm not looking forward to see how she acts at church on sunday since i normally have to take both girls out during sacrament meeting as it is. She is however getting better about taking naps with out too much of a total breakdown. She enjoyed staying in the hotels while we we driving out to utah although she did manage to scrap her leg on the desk at on of the motels while she was climbing up it after being told to stay down about 4 times. i'll post pics when i get a usb cord for my camera

A week with gama

Aelita was so excited to pick up gama at the airport last thursday so excited in fact she ran to the escalater and tried to go up it when she saw gama come down. She's such a grandma's girl. Sunday she goes back to maryland and Aelita will me such a sad little girl.

in other Aelita news she can now say her name athough it comes out lita chelle parker kinda funny to hear her say until she gets mad at us for having her repeat it over again. she's also working on her preschool skills and tracing her letters and always saying that she has to do her homework.
Aelita has also started waking up at 1:30 every night and i have no clue why. hopefully she'll start sleeping through the night again and soon.

I know this is way late but Aelita is now three. We went to maryand for the weekend and had her party up there. She had a lot of fun and got lots of stuff. She had a princess party with a princess cake and all kinds of princess things. not to mentions most of her presents had some thing do do with princesses. Aelita is so active lately.She can't seem to sit still at sacrament or any where else for that matter she's always on the go. She's so excited to be going to maryland for her birthday in two weeks. Aelita is getting to be such a big girl. She's always learning new things every day. She always comes up with the funniest things. She also has an imangary monkey friend that she talks to all the time and blames for the disaster area that she calls a bed room. She still won't go potty when mommy is home but goes all the time on days that i work. She also likes to go around singing songs from High School Musical 2 and 3 if she had the 1st one i'm sure she'd be singing those songs too. She's always saying that she wants to go to school and have her princess party. She also loves going to the bank and putting her money into her account. She is growing up way to fast. Aelita is now a chatter box...she never stops talking. Which is good i guess considering she wouldn't talk forever. She's always saying the sillest things sometimes too. She likes to quote lines from movies her favorite is "15 puppies we have 15 puppies" from 101 dalmations. She also runs around singing "animal crackers in my soup" Curly top and "good ship lollipop" from Bright eyes both are shirley temple movies that she loves. Her newest quote is "mommy i don't have time for this" or "mommy guess what,I love you" She's so cute and fun i love her so much.

In just 2 short months Aelita will be turning 3. I can't believe it. the time goes by so fast. She loves princesses and pink....how did i end up with a girl who is such a girly girl? I love her to death though. She is my crazy child. she drinks water with pickle juice in it and loves to sleep on the floor. She also has a wild streak in her.

Another ER Visit!

So as for the last post the ER trip wasn't avoided. I ended up taking her Monday afternoon. She hadn't eaten at all Saturday night or all day Sunday and Monday she didn't eat all morning or afternoon....until of course we got to the ER and they gave her sprite and graham crackers. She also had diarrhea the whole time. the doc just said that it was a virus and that she was almost over it. yea that was monday...today she's eating but still not like she used to and she still has the diarrhea it's slowly easing up though. The stupid docs out here dont' listen at all to the parents...I asked them to draw blood to see if she had a low immune system and they wouldn't even look to see what or why my baby is always getting so sick.

Aelita is sick again. I knew something was wrong when we told her to go eat and she said no i want to go to bed and then went to bed with out eating and slept the whole night. today when i got home from work she was running a fever of 101.3 so i gave her some motrin and let her watch clifford while i ran to wal-mart to get her some crackers and her some goober pb&j the only way i can get her to eat it. She ate two extreamly small bowls of soup and drank some water and was ready to go back to bed after sleeping almost all day long.I'm just hoping that we can avoid an ER trip. we're so tired of seeing hospitals, but of course i will do what ever it takes to get my baby girl all better.

Aelita is definitly in the terrible 2s although now i'm thinking it's more like the terrible 3s. She's got an attitude like no other and has decided that she doesn't have to listen to anyone. she refuses to go to nursery now and wants to go to primary. ugh what am i going to do with this kid.....I hope all this gets better before she starts school next fall uuuuuuuuuuggggggggggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

Aelita had a fun easter today. First we went to sacrament meeting at church then she said she wanted to go home so we came home and she sat and watched a movie for a little while and had lunch. Then when nana and papa got home from their church we did a little egg hunt in our yard. Then she got her easter bucket as you can tell she's totally into princesses(every thing she's has for candy is princess) She got a lot of candy a toy and a movie The aristocats (her favorite movie so far) that's she's watching now. She had a good easter.

Aelita is growing up so fast. She's talking so much more and loves to call people on the phone all the time especially grandma and my friend kelli i think most of the time i catch before she can actually get kelli's number though since she has to figure out the speed dial numbers though. She's always wanting to talk to everyone. I can't believe that she's going to be 3 in just 3 months. she wants a princess party and mom is getting her a 3-d princess castle cake from safeway when we get to marylandthis is the cake aelita said that she wanted. The one she's getting isn't this big and it's pink all of the castle is pink. She'll also be having disney princess decorations. she's way excited to have her birthday in maryland again this year. this is what a staph infection looks like if left untreated it can get in to the bloodstream it can also cause pneumonia and several other illnesses.
Aelita is a fighter though and i know she'll get through this just like she has many other obstacles in her life

I had to take aelita to the ER once again poor kid....This time a staph infection....i don't have any idea where she got it. The doc said that it might have started as a bug or spider bite.
